Pingdu Livestock Manure Straw Biogas Plant
Project Overview
The area of this project is about 87 acres. The project handles approximately 183000 tons of livestock and poultry manure and 45000 tons of yellow stored straw annually. The annual production is about 10million NM3biogas, 13500Tons solid organic fertilizer and about 177900 tons biogas slurry fertilizer. After biogas purification, daily power generation is about 43200 KW·H and steam production of 60 tons.
Treatment Process
The processing system mainly includes material storage unit,pretreatment and feeding unit, anaerobic fermentation unit, solid-liquid separation unit, organic fertilizer processing unit, and biogas purification and utilization unit. This project adopts a combination of wet and dry feeding, with straw using dry feeding and livestock manure using wet feeding mode.
This project adopts a medium temperature CSTR anaerobic fermentation process. Total volume of anaerobic tank is 30000M3,6X5000M3.
Treatment Capacity
30000NM3/D biogas and pipeline natural gas production capacity 18000NM3/D.
