Zhucheng Shunwo Manure Straw Biogas Plant
Project Overview
This biogas Project can produce 30000 tons of organic fertilizer and process 120000 tons of manure and 7000 tons of crop straw annually. The project can produce 8.5 million NM3 of biogas annually and 14000NM3 of natural gas daily, connected to the municipal gas pipeline network. This can replace 6069 tons of standard coal, reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 3600 tons and sulfur dioxide emissions by 4386 tons. The project has an annual output of 30000 tons of solid organic fertilizer and 50000 tons of biogas slurry fertilizer.
Treatment Process
The processing system includes material storage unit, pretreatment and feeding unit, anaerobic fermentation unit, solid-liquid separation unit, organic fertilizer processing unit, and biogas purification and utilization unit. This project adopts a medium temperatureCSTRanaerobic fermentation process. Total volume of anaerobic tank is20000M3，4X5000M3. The biogas decarbonization process adopts high-pressure water scrubbing process.
