Red mud biogas digester refers to a foldable biogas digester made using new technologies and materials. It is mainly classified into biogas storage bags and biogas generation tanks (fermentation tanks).
The red mud biogas digester is processed using composite membrane materials and high-strength industrial polyester fibers added to the membrane with the bonding process.
2. Technical Features
(1) Excellent heat absorption.
The insulation effect of red mud biogas digesters is 5-10 degrees higher than that of ordinary biogas digesters. After absorbing more heat, biogas digesters produce more gas.
(2) Strong resistance to pressure.
The biogas digesters can withstand around 2 kilopascals, while red mud soft biogas digesters can withstand 10 kilopascals.
(3) Good airtightness.
Advanced high-temperature welding machines have stronger airtightness, reinforcing the welding area with wrapped strips. This will be better to meet the anaerobic fermentation requirements.

Red mud soft biogas digesters have strong stretchability, allowing for residual gas to be stored. Generally, extra 5% biogas can be stored, making it more cost-effective for buyers.

Red mud biogas digester is a modified alloy material with good stability and work under temperature from -20 ° C to 50 ° C. With good resistance of acid and alkali, lightning protection, earthquake resistance, tear resistance and fire isolation.

The installation cost of soft biogas digesters is 50% lower than that of traditional biogas digesters and fiberglass biogas tanks.
3. Product Specifications
