1 Plant Overview
(1) Modular mini water treatment plants consist of freely combinable standardized independent functional modules, containerized or skid-mounted as an integrated unit, substituting conventional civil water plants.
(2) Single unit capacity ranges from 5 to 500 m³/h (120 to 12,000 tons per day), targeting village/town water supply, mines, construction sites and overseas aid projects.
(3) Groundwater sources are equipped with iron & manganese removal modules as standard, while surface water is matched with coagulation-sedimentation modules.
(4) Effluent meets GB 5749-2022, WHO and EU drinking water standards.
2 Module Composition
(1) Pretreatment Module (Standard for surface water, optional for groundwater)
Equipped with grating, pipeline mixing, folded-plate flocculation, inclined tube sedimentation and automatic sludge discharge to remove sediment and suspended solids. Handles raw water turbidity up to 1000 NTU, with produced water turbidity lower than 3 NTU.
(2) Dedicated Iron & Manganese Removal Module (Mandatory for groundwater)
Independent skid-mounted unit with integrated iron and manganese removal equipment.
(3) Advanced Filtration Module (Universal Optional)
Double-layer filter media (anthracite + quartz sand), activated carbon adsorption (for odor and organic matter removal), ultrafiltration module (strict microbial control, effluent turbidity ≤ 0.1 NTU).
(4) Disinfection Module (Mandatory Standard)
Three options available: sodium hypochlorite generator, chlorine dioxide disinfection and UV sterilization, supporting online residual chlorine monitoring.
(5) Chemical Dosing Module
PAC/PAM coagulant dosing, NaOH alkaline dosing (for manganese removal in low-pH groundwater), fluoride/arsenic removal reagent dosing.
(6) Intelligent Automatic Control Module
(Standard for all series) PLC touch screen, online water quality monitoring (pH, turbidity, iron, manganese, residual chlorine), remote cloud platform, automatic backwashing, sludge discharge and chemical dosing, realizing unattended operation.
(7) Water Storage & Supply Module
Clean water tank, variable-frequency water pump set, directly connectable to municipal pipe networks.
3 Technical Features
(1) Flexible capacity expansion: additional modules can be connected in parallel to accommodate population growth without reconstructing civil structures.
(2) Fast delivery: factory prefabricated units only require on-site connection of water, electricity and pipelines, eliminating extensive civil excavation works.
(3) Ultra-small footprint: skid-mounted integration allows installation in mountainous areas and sites with limited space.
(4) Removable and reusable: units can be hoisted and transferred for repeated use upon completion of mining or temporary construction projects.
(5) Fully automatic operation and maintenance: complete PLC remote monitoring eliminates the need for full-time water plant operators, ideal for rural areas with labor shortages.
(6) Low operation and maintenance costs: power consumption of 0.25–0.5 kWh per ton of water, long service life of filter media.
