Water Purifier Overview
(1) A water treatment center directly installed at end-user zones, equipped with advanced water treatment equipment (ultrafiltration or reverse osmosis units) to deeply purify raw water.
(2) It eliminates viruses, bacteria, discoloration, peculiar odor, residual chlorine, hydrogen sulfide, heavy metals and other contaminants from tap water.
(3) The system mainly includes direct drinking water units, stainless steel raw water tanks, sterile water tanks, electrical control systems, variable-frequency constant pressure water supply systems, water circulation pipelines, gate valves and solenoid valves.
(4) Food-grade environmentally friendly PPR pipes are used for pipeline laying. An internet-enabled intelligent card swiping system is optional, supporting IC card swiping and QR code payment for water intake.
2 Purification Process Flow
(1) Multi-media filter: removes sediment, rust, colloids, suspended particles above 20 μm and other harmful substances in raw water.
(2) Activated carbon filter: eliminates pigment, peculiar odor, most biochemical organics, reduces residual ammonia, pesticide pollutants and other hazardous contaminants.
(3) Resin softener: removes calcium, magnesium and other cations via ion exchange.
(4) Precision filter: adopts 5 μm filter cartridges to optimize turbidity and chroma of produced water.
(5) Reverse osmosis desalination: removes heavy metals including calcium, magnesium, lead and mercury, and reduces water hardness.
(6) Ultraviolet sterilization at water outlet to ensure safer and healthier drinking water.
